Terms and Conditions of Use for the Counter Calories Application

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing or using the Counter Calories application (hereinafter the "Application"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Counter Calories is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Take a photo or upload a photo from your gallery of a plate of food.
• Send the photo to an artificial intelligence that will analyze the plate of food and determine how many calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates the plate of food has.
• Keep a tally of previous analyzes that have been performed on food dishes.
• Graph the amount of calories you have consumed during the day.

3. Permissions

For the Application to function correctly, you grant the following permissions:

• Camera access: to take photos of food dishes.
• Gallery access: to upload photos of food dishes.

4. Advertising

The Application displays constant advertising. This advertising is necessary to keep the Application free.

5. Privacy

The Application does not collect or use personal data of users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and all its content, including source code, images, texts and designs, are the property of Luhemusa dev.

7. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." Luhemusa dev makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Application, including its accuracy, reliability or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luhemusa dev be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of the use or the inability to use the Application.

9. Modification of Terms

Luhemusa dev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version of the Terms will always be available on the Application.

10. Applicable Legislation

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Panamá.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the CECAP.
